We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery where the item is unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Change-of-mind returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns for:
