Change of Mind

 We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery where the item is unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Change-of-mind returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for:
- opened or used products
- damaged packaging
- hygiene-sensitive items such as headsets, earbuds, wearables, or personal-use accessories once opened
- clearance/final sale items
- gift cards or digital products
- customised or special-order items

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item has a major problem, is unsafe, is not as described, or does not do what it was meant to do, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
